Availability & Reservations

We are interested in renting our home to guests who wish to stay in clean and comfortable accommodations, as well as appreciate and value the care we've put into updating and maintaining the house.  

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the balance and security/cleaning deposit due three weeks prior to occupancy. The security/cleaning deposit is $500 for weekly rentals, however it may vary for longer term rentals.

2008 Rentals:

Most prime weeks for Summer 2008 were reserved by January 2008.

July: Fully Booked

August: Fully Booked 

September is booked through 9/12, however we have availability the remainder of the month.

September and October are beautiful on the Cape!
