Smoke and pet free environment
The Town of Falmouth requires all rental home owners file a permit for occupancy. Our permit allows for the overnight accommodation of not more than eight (8) guests.
Bedrooms (Four):
Two of the four bedrooms are downstairs. One room has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. One of the two upstairs bedrooms has a full bed and the other has two twin beds, along with two full-sized cribs.
Bathrooms (Two) & Outside Shower:
On the first floor there is one full bathroom with a tub and on the second floor there is a second full bathroom with a stand up shower unit. Each bathroom has a supply of toilet paper, tissues, and liquid hand soap at the sinks. The outside shower is enclosed for privacy and has both hot and cold water.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances which include a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave and toaster. We also provide pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and kitchen dish soap.
Family Room:
The television has a DVD player and cable access. We also have a stereo unit and wireless internet access.
Linens:
You should plan to bring your own linens. If you'd prefer, there are area companies that provide linen services. These companies will deliver and pick up the linens at the start and end of your visit. We're happy to provide links to these companies as a convenience to our guests, however we haven't had enough experience with them to provide a recommendation or endorsement.
Infant/toddler supplies:
We also have one portable crib (Pack n' Play), two portable high chairs/booster seats, toddler bedrails for twin beds, and two baby gates available for our guests with small children.
Washer/Dryer & Iron:
The laundry area is conveniently accessed from within the house. Laundry soap, an ironing board and an iron are also provided.
Outside Amenities and the Yard:
In addition to the enclosed outdoor shower, we offer a gas grille, a dining area and a seating area within a private backyard. The yard is flat, grassy, very shady and enclosed on three sides.
Recreational items:
We have a collection of books and games, a wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, and bikes which our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay.
Parking:
Off street parking accomodates four cars.
